THE PERFECT TIME TABLE FOR EVERY STUDENT

THE PERFECT TIME-TABLE FOR EVERY STUDENT

If you are a student and studying somewhere in high school or in college than you must have wondered to study like a beast all the time in the study table but the motivation doesn't last for long right? This is because of your study plan.

Hey, there is this another infographic post from the EXPLAINED TALKS and today I am going to share you 6 ways to keep your schedule well maintained for a long time.

1. SET EASY GOALS-

Did you ever tell yourself: Tomorrow I will read 4 chapters in my Physics book, complete the practical class assignment and take an online video class from youtube - and then failed to do it all and felt bad about yourself?

Come on every one of us must have been through this situation and the major reason for this is setting very hard goals.
Always set goals that you can achieve in the time without troubling yourself.

2. REWARD YOURSELF-

This step is extremely essential for you to keep motivated all the time. Just take any goal and complete the goal at any cost and reward yourself something. After completing the goal go play a video game, eat a chocolate or do something that seems like a reward to you.

3. STICK TO A PLAN-

There is only one difference between an amateur NERD and a professional is the amateur waits until he feels inspired or motivated to do the work but The professional has a schedule that he sticks to, come hell or high water. If you want to reach your study goal, you really need to make studying a daily need. Just study every day at the same time.
4.POMODORO TECHNIQUE-
The secret to staying fresh during long study PERIOD is to include lots of breaks in between the sessions. No matter what time of the day you chose to study, try using this Technique. Set a timer for 45 minutes and get go started.
Depending on your own matter choice, you can start with your most difficult tasks or you can also start with an easy task to get some motivation and feel more prepared for the session. Once your 45 minutes of focused time is over, you set the timer to 15 minutes for a short break.
It is important that you do nothing related to studying during that time of the break. You should relax during your next session. Get up, move, activate your body and get something to eat and get back to the table.
5. WRITE DOWN YOUR DAILY PLANS-
Once you have learned how to study then just buy a daily routine notebook and write down every activity you have done in the previous days and write down your future plans for next upcoming days and start preparing for everything you have planned.
So that's for you explaining how to study more appropriately and the timetable for you. Hit the colourful share button below to share it with your friends and letting them know what is the best strategy to study.
