If you are reading this post you could be one of every 3 people who lose control over anger. If you are surely one among them then this is what I have brought to you.

In this article, I will be teaching you 6 tips which are scientifically proven by the researchers which can help you to control your anger outbursts.

As we know or even a 7-year-old kid knows anger is the worst enemy of a human being, so controlling anger over something is the most difficult thing to control.


Here are the 6 things you can do when you feel angry on someone-


1. JUST WALK AWAY-


When you get really angry with someone or in a place don't just burst out your anger, close tour eye and take a few-minute walk outside to deal with anger.  If you are getting angry about traffic jams and stuck in it turn on the radio or music player and play your favourite calming song. This technique will create a mental escape from the situation.


2. CHANGE THE TOPIC-


When you are dealing with angry family members, find a way to make them laugh and distract them from the situation if possible Or do some silly dancing together, or hide a gift in the dinner table somewhere to gift something to the angry member served at dinner. The point is to do something together that is lighthearted and fun. It does remove the anger, but it reminds everyone that you are in this family together with them.


3. DON'T LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE ANGRY-


Remember one thing when you display anger to others around you, you don’t accomplish anything except to anger and hatreds. Flashing is not a good tool, a communication method, or an emotional weapon for how to deal with anger.So don’t ever let yourself use anger as a weapon to others, particularly with your family and friends. Being angry is your conflict, not your's loved ones.


4. TAKE A BREATH-


Whenever or wherever you feel angry at someone or some reason just take a deep breath and exhale slowly for 7 seconds. Your nervous system will be calmed down and you will feel better and you can handle it better.


5. KNOW THE REASON WHY YOU ARE ANGRY-


Believe me, it is the best strategy among all the above because when you find out the reason why you are angry you find the solution along with it and the chances to forget the anger and realising it gets higher.
