Whenever you are connected to the internet or something external medium to your computer your PC is prone to gain viruses or malicious software from another server. As we know that Viruses can spread and make copies of themselves on their own.
Here are some few ways to make your Personal Computer immune to the incoming viruses
- If you are a frequent user of internet you must have a well-working ANTIVIRUS installed on your PC. And you must scan all of your files in a few intervals of time to make sure your PC is not vulnerable.
- You must update your antivirus in every 3-4 days to make sure your antivirus is capable of detecting new types of viruses to fight them.
- You must not try to open e-mail attachments you if don't know the actual sender. Sometimes hackers try to send their ransomware and Malware via emails to the users which makes a huge problem.
- Avoid downloading files from the not reputable sites.
- Avoid torrent.
- Scan your external, as well as internal hard disks, make sure your PC is not vulnerable to the viruses.
